1-First Go to Blogger.com
2-in the Sign area Enter your Gmail Email And Password and click Sign in.
(if you have not a gmail account create gmail account first).
3-You will be redirected to http://www.blogger.com/home.Next you have to do is to find a "New Blog" button and just click on it.
4-Create New Blog forum appears.Enter title of your website in title box and choose your unique website address.This will be look like "example.blogspot.com".
5-Choose a good looking blogger template from templates box and click "create blog".
Your blog is ready to use.
